You Will Need: 1/3 cup softened dairy-free margarine (Nucoa) or butter; 1/3 cup white shortening; 2 large eggs or (Egg free: omit eggs. Add 2 tsp egg replacer dissolved in 1/3 cup water. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract) egg free. Heat: oven to 350 degrees. Mix: cookie mix, margarine or butter, shortening, and eggs on high speed for 1-2 minutes. Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake: at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Cool before frosting. Yield: 2 dozen cookies.
