You will need: 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 cup warm water. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Add egg to water and mix well. Stir in contents of package. 3. Combine beef with mixture and shape into 1 inch balls. 4. Place meatballs in a roasting pan and bake for 25 minutes. Suggestions. Main dish - Cover meatballs with your favorite gravy and serve over hot buttered noodles. Appetizer - Serve meatballs in a tangy sweet 'n sour sauce.
