Making famous Texas Sting buffalo wings: Take a pound of fresh chicken wings. Separate the wings into two pieces by disjointing the drummette from the middle wing and the wing tip piece. Don't spice, batter or flour these pieces. Just drop the raw chicken pieces in 350 degree oil to deep fry, or bake at 400 degrees to a golden brown. When they are done, place the pieces in a container and coat well with hot sauce. Shaking fried wings and sauce in a closed container works best. That's all it takes. Serve 'em up and enjoy! Try on steak, fish & soft tacos. Shake well before opening. Refrigerate after opening.
