Cooking (Serves 2-3). Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a pan. Add skinless, boneless chicken breasts, lamb, pork or beef cut into strips and stir-fry for 4/5 minutes or until cooked. Shake contents of jar and pour over the meat. Gently simmer for 10 minutes. Instead of meat you could use vegetables or fish (simmer for 5 minutes). To complete the meal garnish with coriander and roasted almond slices, serve with Basmati rice, Indian Breads and Tiger Tiger Chutneys and pickles. Storage: Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 days.
