Add 1 cup truRoots Sprouted Quinoa Trio to 1-1/2 cups boiling water (and 1/2 teaspoons salt, if desired) in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let quinoa steam, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes 4 servings.
