Stovetop: Bring 2 cups salted water (or broth) and 1 tbsp. Butter (optional) to a boil. Add 10 oz couscous (entire contents of package). Cover and remove from heat. Let stand undisturbed for 5 minutes. Fluff and serve. Hint: To cook less than the contents of the entire package, use 1 & 1/2 parts water to one part couscous. Microwave Directions: In a covered 2 quart microwave safe dish, bring 1 & 1/2 cups water or broth, salt, 1 tbsp. Butter (optional) and 10 oz couscous (entire contents of package) to a boil. Remove and let stand 3 minutes. Fluff and serve. Other Suggestions: Vigo Couscous is especially delicious when cooked with a pinch of Vigo Saffron and then served with poultry, meat or vegetables. Season with olive oil and spices; top with spaghetti sauce; or toss butter and grated cheese for a different and tasty side dish.
