Stove Top: 1. In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid bring 2 cups (16 oz) of water to a boil. 2. Add 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or margarine (optional). Then 1 pkg. Vigo Yellow Rice Dinner, stirring while boiling for 1 minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
