Step 1: Fill smoker tray with dry Western Mesquite or Hickory Smokin Chips. Your smoker tray comes filled with Mesquite Chips, you may want to try our Hickory Chips for a totally unique flavor enhancement. Step 2: Place smoker tray directly on the top of the cooking grid over the hottest burner area to activate the smoldering process. You may want to use a double layer of aluminum foil as a lid to allow your chips to smolder slowly. Place a few holes in the foil to allow the smoke to escape. Step 3: When grill is hot and chips are smoking you may place food on grill. Keep grill lid closed for maximum flavor enhancement. You can now move your smoker tray to a back corner of your cooking grill.
