Yield: 2 cups. 1. Combine Country Gravy Mix and 2 cups water in saucepan. 2. Bring to boil, stirring continuously. Serve. 3. For thicker gravy, simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. For creamier gravy, use 1 cup water and 1 cup milk. For thinner gravy, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup additional milk or water. Sausage Gravy: Add 4 Tbsp. crumbled, cooked sausage and 3 tsp. drippings to prepared gravy. Serve over biscuits, toast, potatoes, rice, pasta or meat. For an added treat, add pan drippings from fried chicken, steak or chicken fried steak to prepared gravy.
