Yield: Seasons approximately 2 lbs of chicken wings. Grilled Wings: 1. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. 2. Place chicken wings into plastic bag or container. Add contents of seasoning packet and toss to evenly coat wings. 3. Remove wings from container, then lightly coat them with non-stick cooking spray. 4. Place wings on hot grill and grill until fully cooked, turning occasionally. Variations: Baked Wings: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare as directed from steps 1-3. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet arranged in a single layer. Bake in lower half of oven for 15-17 minutes or until fully cooked. For Additional Browning: Set oven to broil. Prepare baked chicken wings. Place baked chicken wings on top rack (about 4 inches from heat source) for an additional 4-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
