Taco Meat Filling: 1. Brown and crumble 1 lb. ground beef. Drain fat. 2. Stir in 1 package taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. 3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons taco meat filling into 10 to 12 prepared taco shells or over 1/2 cup corn chips or tortilla chips, per serving. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese and chopped tomatoes.
