You will need: 3/4 cup Zatarain's Seafood Bake & Crisp; 2 lbs fish fillets; 1 egg, beaten. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Moisten fish fillets with egg. Shake off excess. 2. Pour Bake & Crisp onto plate. Coat fish on all sides by pressing firmly into coating mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mixture on plate. 3. Bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning halfway through cook time. Refrigerate after opening.
