Beef Shawarma Recipe: 2 lbs flank or skirt steak; 2 tbsp Ziyad brand Shawarma spice; 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 2 cloves crushed garlic; 1 tsp salt (or to taste). Preparation: Mix all ingredients together to create a marinade. Rub marinade into meat. Broil meat or grill meat until international temperature of 145 degrees F.
